As an NIL agency supported by a licensed attorney, we assist athletes with personal brand development, navigating career paths within the sports industry, contract review and structuring, trademark filings, and building a strong legal and business foundation for long-term success.
Name, Image, and Likeness has changed how athletes can leverage their platform at an early stage in their careers. Today, it provides the opportunity to build visibility, form meaningful professional connections, and create pathways that extend beyond their playing careers. As high school and college sports continue to evolve, athletes who approach NIL with intention and the right guidance are better positioned to turn opportunities into long-term growth and career direction after sports.

Participants begin with LinkedIn Coaching and complete a set of defined performance benchmarks over any given two-week period. These benchmarks are designed to develop a strong foundation in professional networking and personal brand development, while building consistency in applying these skills. Once the benchmarks are completed and submitted, participants are admitted into the Athlete Professional Pathway for an initial three month term, with the option to extend.
The Athlete Professional Pathway is designed for students seeking hands-on experience in the sports industry. Participants are matched with a NIL In Motion Ambassador, an athlete who is actively securing Name, Image, and Likeness opportunities and continuing to grow their personal brand. The Ambassador group also includes law students and student-athlete entrepreneurs. Law students provide support by helping participants understand compliance considerations within the NIL landscape, while student-athlete entrepreneurs assist those looking to start and build their own business.
For high school and college athletes who are ready to take the next step, the Brand Builder offers a more focused and structured approach to develop their own personal brand. Over the course of six months (with the option to extend), athletes participate in monthly one-on-one meetings focused on brand development and strategic outreach for NIL opportunities. Each athlete is matched with an NIL In Motion Ambassador for personalized support and mentorship, while also supporting their assigned ambassador to gain hands-on experience in how to effectively grow and manage a brand.
Eligibility Requirement
Participants in the Athlete Professional Pathway and Brand Builder must be currently enrolled in a high school or undergraduate program.
